As usual every year in January, I am pleased to express our appreciation to all the peer reviewers who helped us evaluate manuscripts during the previous year. Without their voluntary and generous contribution, this journal would not be able to fulfill its mission of helping health professionals and health policy makers make better decisions for the people they serve.
