08/06/2016: The following sentence in the Abstract

"Searching in Epistemonikos database, which is maintained by screening 30 databases, we identified only one systematic review including one pertinent randomized trial."

is modified to:

"Searching in Epistemonikos database, which is maintained by screening 30 databases, we identified nine systematic reviews including five pertinent randomized trials overall"
